ARE YOU OPEN EVERY DAY?
Yes, the venue opens from 10am, benches can be booked from 12pm onwards. Last booking being 9:15pm and we close at midnight.

CAN I STILL ENJOY STACK WITH MY FAMILY?
We pride ourselves on being family friendly meaning under 18's are welcome in the venue up until 8pm. They must be  accompanied by an adult during their visit, whilst still ensuring no more than 10 guests attend from 2 house holds.

DO YOU HAVE TO BOOK TO VISIT?
To ensure we adhere to the latest government guidelines we have dramatically reduced our capacity. For guaranteed entry booking is strongly advised. Walk up is welcome midweek, however entry is not guaranteed.

IS THERE A COST TO BOOK?
Yes, there will be a deposit to pay to secure a bench. These start from £15 midweek up to £60 for a premium bench Friday - Sunday. The cost will be determined by what day you visit, the amount of guests and which bench type you wish to reserve. The deposit will be given back to you as food and/or drinks vouchers and will need to be redeemed on the day of your booking.

HOW MANY FOOD AND DRINKS VOUCHERS WILL I GET?
£15 Deposit (Midweek benches 2-3 guests) = 3 drinks vouchers
£20 Deposit (Weekend benches 2 -3 guests) = 4 drinks vouchers
£25 Deposit (Midweek benches 4 + guests) = 5 drinks vouchers
£55 Deposit (Weekend all non Premium + Upper Premium 4 + guests) = 5 drinks vouchers & 4 food vouchers
£60 Deposit =(Weekend Lower Premium 5+ guests) = 6 drinks vouchers & 4 food vouchers

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS NEEDED TO RESERVE A BENCH?
Yes, the minimum is 2, maximum is 10. Any bookings for over 6 guests must be from 2 different households only

Benches are available as follows;-
Lower Plaza - x5 Benches allocated for 4 guests
Lower Plaza - x8 Benches allocated for 5 - 6 guests
Lower Plaza - x10 Benches allocated for 7 - 10 guests
Upper Plaza - x5 Benches allocated for 5 - 6 guests
Upper Plaza - x7 Benches allocated for 7 - 10 guests
Upper Plaza - x3 Benches allocated to 2 - 3 guests
If there are no tables available at the time you have requested, try altering your arrival time on the booking form. If this still doesn't work this will mean they are fully booked.

Please note benches for 2 -3 will be shared with people from another household whilst still adhering to the minimum 1 metre+ distance between each group.

CAN I BOOK A BIGGER BENCH FOR A SMALLER NUMBER OF GUESTS?
The simple answer is no, benches have been allocated capacities to ensure optimal atmosphere during your visit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF MY GUESTS CANT MAKE IT AND THIS IN TURN REDUCES THE SIZE BENCH WE
NEED?

CAN I VISIT WITH MEMBERS OF OTHER HOUSE HOLDS?
Yes, however no more than 10 guests can attend from 2 households in total

HOW LONG CAN WE RESERVE A BENCH FOR? 

Benches will automatically be allocated for 3 hours at a time. If you wish to leave prior to the 3 hours you can. When your booking duration comes to an end, we will kindly ask you to vacate the bench ready for the next booking. Due to capacity guidelines, you may be asked to leave the venue if there is no where suitable for large groups to stand. Notice will be given when your time is due to come to an end. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOOK A LATER BENCH BUT HAVE A MINOR WITH US? 

Any minors will be asked to leave by 8pm, however, any adults may stay until their allocated time comes to an end. 

CAN I ARRIVE AT ANY TIME DURING MY 3 HOUR BOOKING? 

No, you must arrive within the first 10 minutes of your start time otherwise you risk losing your bench. Arrival times are non negotiable to ensure we adhere to government guidelines.

SO WHAT TIME DO THE BENCHES START FROM? 

The first benches can be booked at midday, the last benches at 9pm. between these times benches are available every 15 minutes followed by a 3 hour booking allocation. During the booking process only available benches will be shown. If your preferred time is not visible, this means that time is fully booked and you may have to be flexible with your arrival time. 

CAN I BOOK ON THE DAY FOR THE SAME DAY? 

No, all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance so we are able to manage capacity. 

HOW DO WE ENTER WHEN WE ARRIVE? 

We have a one way system in place for entries and exits, you must enter via our Pilgrim Street entrance where our friendly staff will safely check you in and show you to your bench. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE? 

We strongly advise you arrive on time. once your booking time starts, you will have 15 minutes to be seated. If you arrive between 15-30 minutes late, you may be asked to leave and come back at a time that best suits the venue as staff and guests are all operating on bench rotas every 15 mins. If you arrive 30 minutes after your booking time, you will not be able to be seated and your deposit will be lost. 

ARE ANY BENCHES AVAILABLE UNDERCOVER? 

Yes. Booking a premium bench will guarantee you are undercover, however the number of these benches is limited so be quick to book. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS AND MY BENCH IS NOT UNDERCOVER? 

Social distancing guidelines means we are unable to move people around the venue in the event of rain or adverse weather. If your booking is a non premium bench, please check the weather in advance and bring a brolly if needs be. 

WHAT IF THERE ARE PREMIUM BENCHES FREE AND IT STARTS TO RAIN? 

Of course our staff will try to help in any way to make your visit to stack fully enjoyable. If it is feasible to move your group we will do so, however if a premium bench is free and you are not offered the option to move this will be because another group is due to arrive on that bench shortly. Respecting the General Managers decision in these scenarios is a must at all times. 

CAN I GET A REFUND IF IT RAINS?

I am afraid not, refunds will only be available in situations caused directly by stack. 

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL?

If you cancel your booking or no show you will not get a refund and your deposit will be lost. We will, where we can, move your date but this must be pre-agreed at least 24 hours before your booking is due to take place.

DO YOU NEED ALL MY GUESTS DETAILS? 

No, the lead guest details is all we need. 

HOW DO I ORDER MY DRINKS?

All benches will have a designated staff member providing table service for drinks. You can also go to the bar yourself, however, you cannot queue with more than 1 other guest at the bar to order drinks.

WHAT ENTERTAINMENT WILL BE ON? 

Due to Government restrictions we are only allowed to have limited entertainment at a low level of noise. This will include sololists, duos, quizzes and DJs.

CAN I EXTEND MY BOOKING IF THE TABLE IS STILL FREE AFTER MY INITIAL 3 HOURS IS UP?

 It is very likely there will be another booking on the bench after your booking, particularly at busier times. Every bench will have details of booking arrival times, if you want to extend your visit to stack please speak to a member of staff to discuss if there is any immediate extension the day. 

CAN I BOOK BACK TO BACK 3 HOUR SLOTS AND HAVE THE SAME TABLE ALL DAY? 

You will have to book 2 separate 3 hour bookings, however please be aware that booking multiple 3 hour slots for different times does not guarantee the bookings will be on the same bench. 

IS FOOD BEING SERVED AND HOW DO I ORDER?

 Yes. You can go to the food units to order and pay for your food, they will either give you with a buzzer to advise when to collect it or deliver it your bench. Please do not stand and wait for food, go straight back to your bench once order is placed. 

CAN I STILL PAY WITH CASH? 

Yes, however we strongly encourage contactless payments. 

DO I HAVE TO ASK OR LET SOMEONE KNOW IF I WANT TO USE THE TOILET FACILITIES? 

No, please just ensure you are following appropriate social distancing measures. 

DO I NEED TO LET A MEMBER OF STAFF KNOW IF I AM LEAVING MY BOOKED TABLE? 

If you are leaving before your allocated time, it would be appreciated if you could let a member of staff know.
